By entering this Web site or App or related properties of Jyotish For All linked to this Web site, including, without limitation, or registering as a member, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. In addition, when using particular services on the Jyotish For All Site or provided by Jyotish For All, you and Jyotish For All shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. Entering the Jyotish For All site and buying any product/service either by doing registration or not you are indicating your agreement to be bounded by these terms and conditions as such terms and conditions may be modified. The Terms and Conditions are intended for your safety and ease of use.

Jyotish For All provides astrological content as well as call and chat features with our astrologers and ayurveda experts through our mobile app. You will need to register as a member of Jyotish For All to avail of our call and chat features. The Free Services and the Paid Services are referred to collectively in these Terms of Conditions as the “Services.” While Jyotish For All uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information, Jyotish For All makes no guarantees or representations regarding the accuracy or significance of any aspect of the astrological horoscope and predictive advice imparted. Jyotish For All is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of these products and services. Jyotish For All is just a platform where different experienced astrologers and ayurveda experts give predictions for you and provide answers to your queries. Jyotish For All has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. Jyotish For All cannot be held responsible for any interpretation, action, or use that may be made as a result of information given. In no event shall Jyotish For All, its employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, damage to property, claims of third parties, or any other kind of losses arising out of or in connection to the Jyotish For All web site or mobile app. The horoscope, predictive advice and response to queries received by members should not be used as a substitution for the advice, programs, or treatment that would normally be received from a licensed professional, such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, or a financial adviser. Jyotish For All will not be held responsible for any claims regarding negative results following undertaking of astrological remedies (gemstones, mantras, temple rituals…) by members. Jyotish For All does not carry on or purport to carry on the treatment of any specific disease, disorder or ailment, nor does Jyotish For All promise to medically alleviate any specific physical condition or address any specific physical condition, or the lack thereof. Our ayurveda experts only provide remedies based on the inputs given by you.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Jyotish For All believes in complete customer satisfaction and in order to meet this end, we have a very liberal “Refund Policy” on purchases made from our website. In case, if the customer is not satisfied with the authenticity or quality of the products or service purchased from us, we will give a refund for the value of the product if we found any differences in product or services delivered. User can also cancel any time before service started by contacting us at our mail. We do not consider refunds for incorrect data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check all your data when entered. Jyotish For All will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you. Please note that our astrologers and ayurveda doctors only provide suggestions based on the data and inputs provided by the users and members and do not guarantee the occurrence of any event.

USER BEHAVIOUR:

Your right to use our Services is personal to You. You represent that You are an individual and that You are not a corporation or other business entity. You agree not to resell or make any commercial use of the Services without the express written consent of Jyotish For All. You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through Our Website. Your use of the Services is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. You agree: – to comply with all Indian and International laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the India through the Service; – not to use the Website or the Services for illegal purposes; – not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to Jyotishforall.com; – to comply with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the jyotishforall.com Website; and – to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding Your use of the Services. By becoming a Member of Jyotish For All, you agree to receive certain specific emails and SMS along with calls from Jyotish For All. You agree not to transmit through Jyotish For All any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems are prohibited. You shall not interfere with any other Jyotish For All members’ use or enjoyment of the Website or Services. You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the Site or any thing which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to Jyotish For All by writing to support@jyotishforall.com. On receipt of such complaint, Jyotish For All may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation abuse or misuse without any refund of subscription fee. Any false complaint made by a Member shall make such Member liable for termination of his / her membership without any refund of the subscription fee. Jyotish For All reserves the right to withdraw its services to any customer who is found to be unreasonable or abusive during their conversation with an astrologer regardless of the reason. While Jyotish For All will make every effort to resolve any such situation, in case this fails, such customers will be sent a written warning. If it is repeated, the said customer will not be permitted to transact on the platform. Any balance in the customers wallet will be refunded, to the extent that a refund is possible.

DISCLAIMER:

Jyotish For All guarantees complete confidentiality in regards to the details of members’ horoscopes and identities. Jyotish For All will only use information revealed in a member’s horoscope for the purpose of communicating predictive results directly to that member which will be done by our astrologers via call or chat.

ARBITRATION:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Indian Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the Indian Law, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in the courts of New Delhi, India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India for any such proceeding.
